Evolution in Action
This month's facility has been designed to improve the intelligence of cyclists. Gullible cyclists are lured by the signs to follow this short cycle track, only for their genes to be eliminated from the gene pool at the point where the track veers back onto the carriageway. Over the generations the IQ of cyclists will gradually increase via a process of Darwinian natural selection.
