Helping Cyclists at Night

The London Borough of Hounslow is very aware of the additional hazards that cyclists encounter at night. They have therefore installed this black post and rail to remind them of these dangers and to induce cyclists to avoid the dropped kerb and instead steer towards the cycle lane that is conveniently marked by a black post with a reflective top and a tree set into an attractive grate.
