A Slow Cycle Lane
This month's facility shows that even if you have only the last dregs of white paint from the bottom of a tin you can still create a highly original example of cycle infrastructure. It may only be 10m long, but an optical illusion of greater length has been created by reducing the width to half the standard. This the first example we are aware of of a cycle lane specifically catering for the needs of slow cyclists.
